With this influx of all this new information for the four of them to consider, they agreed to adjourn their meeting at this time and to get together again soon. Individually they would continue to work on their specific areas and tasks so they can get back to each other in just a few more weeks. If needed, the group could always arrange to meet sooner, especially if there was any breakthrough information. This was also true if they thought would help the others in their areas. They all felt that they had been given so much to consider for their project that hearing this latest information was overwhelming to them. Their only concern was the possibility that they were casting their net just a bit too wide. But they needed to at this point. There was so much to consider before they ruled out any information that was likely unnecessary to their work.
