Boil the noodles. Put aside.
Put the vegetable oil over medium-high flame. Add the mushrooms and other browns for 1-2 minutes. Eliminate from the pan and put away.
Add in the broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add the bell peppers, shelled edamame, and scallion. Cook food for another 1-2 minutes.
Include the garlic, sauce, and noodles to the pan. Thicken the sauce for 60 seconds.
Serve hot with garnish.
