Dream Programming
Sleep is a very good time to turn over problems to your higher self. Imagine giving the directive to your two parts on any issue before going to sleep. Imagine youâre the owner of a company, and you say that by the time you get back (when you wake up in the morning) they should give you the best solution. Give both that intention when falling asleep. Then sometime the next day, spend some time journaling any ideas they might have come up with.
Only A Metaphorical Hallucination
This is just a metaphor. A useful hallucination. But imagining that you have two parts that you can actually talk to as if they are separate from you will help you put issues into a much more objective light. Don't be surprised if after trying these for a while, you begin to get some very creative solutions.
