To make sense of all the knowledge you have gained so far and put it into perspective with your own experience of panic, think about one or two situations in which you experienced a panic attack.
Use your notebook to draw a cycle for each of those situations, copying the diagram on page 75.
If helpful, refer back to the previous exercises on pages 25, 54 and 71 to help you recall the triggers, physical sensations, interpretations and behaviours you have already identified.
