The sea people would invade in a couple of months, so he needed to be prepared. His biggest concern was that he didnât have enough workers. The current working class block was too large to build any more homes. That meant that the services such as schools and courthouses would lose effectiveness.
Rusa needed to build a second working class block. That would push him over the population goal, hopefully. He would have to erect it slowly as he lacked workers.
You have constructed 30 sections of road, 40 homes, a firehouse, a police station, an engineerâs post, and a well. Cost 325 drachma.

The city was short one worker, which would be rectified by the next month. Due to researching warships, Rusa had to wait until July to start importing saffron. The next thing he did was check on the palace.
He saw the laborers still pounding on the ground to even it. Actual construction wouldnât start for another month. In the back of his head, Rusa knew he needed to increase the marble and timber production to build the temple.
Rusa decided to open the trade route to the city of Jericho.

His army was still out fighting in Jericho. Now he had to worry about replenishing his men before the enemy invaded again. Also, there were the sea people that he had to deal with.
