May 22, 1895.—Having seen the above advertisement, sent for a bottle of the death microbe-killer. Took a dose—not bad—offered Crabthorp Grumpeigh one.

“Not me!” said he.

He doesn’t know the pleasure of living, evidently. Wrote to chemist and requested him to forward me several thousand gross of the death-microbe killer.
