Directions
Preheat oven and line baking sheet. Spread vegetable, drizzle olive oil, season and bake.
Boil ramen and drain.
Stir soy sauce, chili paste, fish sauce and broth in cup and pour over noodles. Simmer.
Serve noodles in bowl with broth, eggs, veggies and seaweed.
