Sausages and Cabbage

(Prep + Cooking Time: 15 minutes | Servings: 4)

Ingredients:

15 oz. canned tomatoes; chopped.

1/2 cup yellow onion; chopped.

3 tbsp. butter

1 lb. sausage links, sliced

2 tsp. turmeric

1 green cabbage head; chopped.

Salt and black pepper to the taste

Directions:

Set your instant pot on Sauté mode; add sausage slices, stir and cook until they brown.

Drain excess grease, add butter, cabbage, tomatoes salt, pepper, onion and turmeric; then stir well. close the lid and cook at High for 2 minutes

Quick release the pressure, carefully open the lid; divide cabbage and sausages among plates and serve.
