“Hmmm, I wonder if I should bring this?” Chelsea wondered as she stared at the black, form-fitting dress with tiny spaghetti straps. She twirled the item in front of her from its hanger before deciding to add it to her suitcase. “I’m guessing there will probably be some kind of welcome or after-party, so yeah, I should have something fancy to wear.”

Chelsea was beginning to feel a little overwhelmed as she continued packing. Even though she had chided herself in the past when preparing for vacations, Chelsea couldn’t seem to break the habit of packing her suitcase at the last minute. Now it was the night before the trip, and Chelsea was starting to stress. There were so many questions going through her mind: How many different outfits should I bring? Are we doing anything casual during the day? Will Lucia want to approve what I’m wearing before I’m in public with them?

Even with a mixture of nervousness and anxiety running through her veins, Chelsea was excited. She was eager to see Emerson again, and Chelsea was also looking forward to spending more time with Lucia. Lucia had become quite elusive over the past few weeks, utilizing Emerson as her mouthpiece. Chelsea longed to impress Lucia; she wasn’t sure why but the idea of earning Lucia’s approval and acceptance was a turn-on for her.

Chelsea started to consider the fact that, perhaps, she was a natural submissive and that the Universe had put Lucia and Emerson in her path as a catalyst for change. Regardless of the reasons, and despite not having all of the details about the trip available to her, Chelsea knew that this weekend would change her life somehow. She traveled to the bathroom to collect her toiletries when her phone rang. Returning to her bedroom, Chelsea saw that it was Emerson, which was a first. Up until now, their communication had been limited to messages and the occasional in-person meeting. Chelsea answered cheerfully, “Hey! How are you?”

Emerson answered, “Hey babe! I hope it's okay to call? I know I usually DM, but since it's the night before the convention, I wanted to give you a shout and check-in.”

“Oh, for sure! It's all good; I like hearing your voice,” Chelsea replied. “I'm just packing right now. What are you up to?”

“Oh good! Lucia and I prepared our suitcases a few hours ago, and now we're just relaxing. But I'm glad I caught you in the middle of packing because I wanted to remind you to bring a few things.”

“Oh! Okay, great. I'm glad you’re mentioning that because I had some questions about what to bring.” Chelsea cradled the phone against the crook of her neck. “Do you know if there is going to be a part—”

Emerson immediately cut Chelsea off. “Listen, as far as clothes and outfits go, don't overthink it too much. Bring one nice dress, being a sexy fetish outfit, and otherwise, you can be casual.
