Savannah

Savannah stared after Gray. For the second time today, she was too shocked to move. She had never been rejected by a woman. Never and Gray had the nerve to turn her down? Shock was quickly turning to outrage.

How dare Gray reject her like that? Did she not realize how many people were vying to be with Savannah? When would she ever get a chance to be with someone as beautiful and seductive as Savannah? Few people ever got that chance. Savannah knew that she was talented in bed—she’d had plenty of practice at it. She could please Gray like no other woman could, and Gray had just… turned her down? It didn’t make any sense.

Savannah considered running after Gray but decided that she had more dignity than that. She wouldn’t beg for anyone’s attention, not even Gray’s. Gray would have to come to her sooner or later—she was Savannah’s bodyguard, after all.

Gray didn’t emerge from her room for dinner, so Savannah ate alone. It felt strange to be without Gray’s constant presence, and she hated herself slightly for missing it.

Well, she was just going to show Gray exactly what she was missing. Had Gray thought Savannah was flaunting herself before? Well now, Savannah was going to pull out all the stops.

She went to bed late, staying up to message people to arrange her plans for tomorrow. She needed to message the right people—people who didn’t mind having sex in front of a bodyguard. Gray didn’t want her? Fine. Let her see exactly what she was missing and still claim she didn’t want Savannah.

Savannah went to bed with her head buzzing with plans and woke up the next day feeling antsy and unrested.

Breakfast was eaten in uncomfortable silence. Savannah wondered if Gray was going to ignore the whole incident entirely. That seemed unlike her. Gray was the sort of person to tackle things head on.

Sure enough, as soon as their plates were cleared, Gray fixed Savannah with a steely gaze. “Savannah, we need to talk. I’m—”

Just then, the doorbell rang. “I’ll get it.” Savannah didn’t particularly care for whatever Gray had to say, and she was eager to get her plan moving. She couldn’t wait to see Gray go green with jealousy, or red with embarrassment, or some shade of purple as she fought to stop herself from joining in.

Lily, Cara and Kimberly were all dressed in bathing suits with transparent cover ups, giggling slightly.

“Welcome, ladies. The pool is this way. I’ll be with your shortly.”

Gray followed Savannah to her room, though turned pointedly away when Savannah started stripping, quickly changing into her sexiest bikini—not that she intended to keep it on for long. She grabbed her box of toys and took it with her, dropping it on the deck in plain sight. Gray glanced at it once before gazing deliberately in another direction.

Savannah paid no attention to Gray as she sauntered over to the pool and slipped into the water, coming up behind Kimberly, wrapping her arms around Kimberly’s slim waist.
