I can’t believe that Tamekia came down here and embarrassed me like that! I mean, I know I’m wrong for missing the damn meeting, but it’s a time and a place for everything and that shit right there just wasn’t cool!

“Mekia, what is your damn problem?!”

We are on our way to her car. I try to pull her to me but she snatches away from me, walking off fast as hell.

“You know what Nigga? I don’t need this shit! You don’t ever have to worry about my ass following up behind your ass again! That’s one thing that I know for sure! I don’t have another minute, second, or muthafucking moment of my life to have this conversation again! I’m tired of all this talking, only to wind up with the same fucking results over and over again!

Since you don’t seem to see what you have in me, then it’s time I let absence make the fucking heart grow fonder then! You can hang with Tony and Marcus until your fucking balls turn blue! As a matter of fact, you can fuck them since they mean so fucking much to you!”

I know she’s been upset before, but I’ve never seen the look that she just gave me. Something feels different when she says she’s leaving this time, and I’m suddenly convinced that she might just mean it. I just pray that it’s not too late for me to change her mind. I don’t ever want to be without her, no matter how I tend to take advantage of the situation. I know it’s selfish of me, but it’s true.

“Mekia, slow down Baby, okay, okay! You can have it your way! I’m about to come home right now, I promise. Just go there and wait on me! Please don’t like this!”

I run up behind her to catch up, but she’s hysterical and not trying to hear anything that I have to say.

“Fuck you Paco! I mean that shit! I’ve done all that I can do! You single now Nigga!”

She opens up her door and gets in her car. I grab for her door but she shuts and locks it before I can get in. I start beating on her window. People are staring as they head to their cars, but I don’t give a fuck!

“Open this muthafucking door Mekia! I’m warning you! You’re not leaving me! You ain’t going no fucking where!”

She cranks up and speeds off without responding.

“Mekia! Come back here, right now dammit!”

She keeps on going without a second glance. I kick the air, I’m so damn mad! I hurry back to find Marcus nem. I gotta go home and now! She has got to be crazy as hell if she thinks she is just going to leave me, especially when she is carrying my muthafucking child!

Suddenly my phone rings and Zapp’s name appears on my screen. Damn, now this nigga calling too?! This has got to be some type of a sick ass joke! I press the answer button hesitantly.
