Try drawing steep curves.

Draw quickly without thinking first.

Describe movement with circular lines.

Tools can be sources of inspiration. Japanese brushes, for example, are so soft that the width of the line can be varied distinctively.

While painting motion, try varying the pressure you put on the brush; natural curves will emerge almost automatically, such as at the calf.

Reverse curves can indicate weight.

Finger joints, elbows, or knees all have characteristic curves and folds. The contours of the body are convex and concave lines, differing from fixed straight lines.
