Tuna Tacos
Tuna taco is a unique recipe made with onion, tortillas, tuna, cilantro, sour cream, and lime juice. The tuna filling is served with tortillas, and it is a unique way of presenting. It is a creamy, yummy, crispy, and perfect dish for picnic time.
Serving Size: 4
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
¼ cup onion
1 tsp oil
¼ cup cilantro
4 corn tortillas
8 oz tuna
2 tbsp cream
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp lime juice
1. Whisk mayonnaise, cream, lime juice and sour cream together.
2. In another bowl, stir onion and cilantro. Side the cream and this vegetable mix aside.
3. Heat oil in the pan. And sauté tuna. Keep stirring until tuna is slightly browned.
4. If you are using soft tortillas, heat a griddle over a high heat. Place them on it until they are hot.
5. Place ¼ mixtures of tuna onto each tortilla. Top up with onion and cilantro mix and drizzle cream sauce.
6. Tuna tacos are ready.
