Evan recovers slowly, kissing me the whole time. “Alice,” he whispers. “You’re so fucking perfect.”

My eyes fly open with alarm. Perfect? Shit. He’s getting attached already.

I try to diffuse the mood. “You’re not so bad yourself,” I say with a wink.

He pulls back to study my eyes for a moment, and then withdraws from me with a clear of his throat. I gasp as he pulls out, still so sensitive from not one, but two orgasms. I haven’t had a double in I-don’t-know-how-long.

I sit up and adjust my skirt, running a hand through my hair to make sure it’s all in place. I’ll have to stop back at my changing room anyway and clean up before I continue with the night anyway. Damn. Evan fucked me good.

“Not so bad?” he says as he zips up his fly.

I catch a hint of worry in his tone. “Okay, you were great,” I say with a laugh.

Evan grins at me. God, that smile. I let out a giggle, and then put a hand to my mouth to stop myself. Am I giggling? Evan makes me giggle?

I can’t giggle. I can’t get all girly, all nervous, all anything. I’m in charge here, dammit. It’s just sex. I wish he’d lay off the compliments so I’d stop acting like a fucking swooning schoolgirl.

Evan blows out his breath in a rush. “Well. This has been an interesting night, to say the least.”

“All nights are like this, here,” I say. “It’s what we do.”

“So if I come back tomorrow night... we can do this again?”

“Not with me,” I’m quick to say. “But maybe tomorrow night you’ll let me do my damn job.”

His grin falls. “Your job.”

“Yeah. I mean, I don’t mind doing the intro-fuck for some people. And believe me, Evan, you were worth it. I don’t often come twice during sex.”

“Bet I can make you come four times.”

My jaw drops. “What?”

He shrugs, that grin back on his face. “I like a challenge.”

Good God, four times? YES. “Evan, you have the wrong idea.”

A frown creases his forehead. “I have what wrong idea?”

I shake my head, putting a few inches of space between us. “About this. Me. Like I said, I don’t mind an intro-fuck, but you can’t come back here for me. You have to come back here for you, to explore new things.”

“I thought this place was anything-goes.”

“It is. That’s exactly my point.”

He drags a hand through his hair, frustrated. “And I get to have whatever I want?”

I know where this is going. “You can’t just decide you want me and keep coming back for me. I have a job to do.” Speaking of... shit. I’ve left Andee on her own for far too long, and Derek will probably be on the floor soon. I’m not earning my promotion by fucking in a booth.

Evan takes my hand and pulls it to his lips. He kisses my fingertips gently, and I’m lost in the intensity of his eyes. “Alice,” he says.

God, I melt whenever he says my name.
