- ½ red onion

- 2 eggs

- ¼ tsp salt

- 2 oz. cheddar cheese

- 1 garlic clove

- ¼ tsp dill

DIRECTIONS

In a skillet sauté kale until tender

In a bowl whisk eggs with salt and cheese

In a frying pan heat olive oil and pour egg mixture

Add remaining ingredients and mix well

When ready serve with sautéed kale
