Squid Rings

This recipe provides crunchy squid rings that even the kids will enjoy.

Serve: 4

Time needed: 20 minutes

Ingredients

Squid tentacles: 50 g

Corn flour: ½ cup

Plain flour: ½ cup

Black & white pepper: 1 tsp

Chinese five spice: 1 tsp

Sea salt

Minced garlic clove: 3

Red chili, sliced: 3

Spring onion, sliced: 3 stalks

Vegetable oil

Directions:

Take a bowl and mix flour, peppers, corn flour and salt. Coat squid tentacles in it well. Place these on the plate.

Heat Oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chili, garlic, and onion for 1 minute. Set aside.

Now add squid to skillet and fry for 2 minutes.

Serve squid with garlic and chili mixture.
