You have to be sure, while you are on the ketogenic diet, that you are eating enough fat. The fat you eat is going to be converted into energy. You need to have enough fat in your body to supply energy to your brain, organs, and muscles to sustain yourself and your activities. Additionally, make sure that you are using your macros to decide what to eat, and that you recalculate your macros from time to time. Be sure you know what you're eating and that you're meeting your nutrient needs, including fat, for each day.
