Cinnamon Sugar Coating
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and cardamom and roll each churro in the sugar mixture.
Dark Chocolate Dip
In a double boiler, or a bowl over a pot of boiling water, melt the dark chocolate and serve warm as a dipping sauce for the churros.
Sangria
Serves 4
1 bottle Spanish red wine
1⁄4 cup orange juice
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 apple, thinly sliced
1⁄4 cup brandy
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Sparkling water or Prosecco, optional
