16. Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

250g boneless chicken breast pieces (skinless)

1 tablespoon pepper

50g honey

1 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider)

1 tablespoon salt

30g flour

1 minced garlic clove

1 teaspoon soy sauce

30g soft butter

Directions

1. Marinade the chicken in a bowl of pepper and salt.

2. Put the flour in a bowl. Coat the chicken in it.

3. Heat the butter in a wok. Then, fry the chicken pieces till brown and crispy.

4. Push the chicken to one side of the wok. Put the garlic in the space. Sauté for 2 minutes.

5. Add the honey, sauce, and vinegar.

6. Toss everything in the wok.

7. Serve.
