“Wha- wha- wha... WHATS wrong bu-d-d-dy, you afraid to drop dead...” Dirty sounds cast from Baily, starting to make death threats and disturbing comments towards the staff. I follow Baily’s script, but it is normal on this side but why is it not working for him? The small audience are startled and disgusted by Baily’s performance.

“C... C’mon now y’know you want to come up and join the band. Damien Enjoyed IT!” His bloodcurdling voice was direct towards me. ‘He knows, how though Baily’s just an animatronic he doesn’t mean anything. Does He?’

‘Okay Scarlett is on tonight, I hope she has an easy shift.’ I debate anxiously to myself while I see Fred watch me wondering what actions I would take towards Baily. I did not want to go near the creature.

I was ready and waiting for the time to come to drive to work for my night shift. With my brown silk hair tied and my ironed uniform. I liked looking my best, especially knowing I have only worked at Ally’s Diner for 8 months. These were quite exciting to me as the atmosphere was hysterical and fun. Like a creepy fair.

I received a text message from my colleague Will “Hey Scarlet! Hope you get and sound shift tonight.”

I tilt my head in confusion and reply “Why?”

“Baily Might get you hahaha. He was acting weird today! It is funny how Toby started yesterday, then Baily? It’s like their possession.”

“Well let’s hope so!” I answer jokingly not realizing what I could be in for.

I reach the Diner on this rainy night and navigate my way straight to the office. I set up the cameras I usually like to look at them and just imagine seeing the audience through them. I am located at the front desk.

Later that night at around 3am a loud thud resounds through the diner. It even made me jump toward the cameras flicking through to see where the sound came from. The arcade, medical, West hallway, entrance then the main Diner.

I was focused on seeing a person lurk through the diner, but nothing was showing. Suddenly to my surprise I looked at the stage camera and I saw Gigi, Ally, but no Baily. All that was in Baily’s place was his yellow and red Banjo.

‘What?! Where has he gone, I’ve never noticed them move before. Unless it’s that new manager Alex? Installed something.’

I rush through the cameras and all of a sudden see him. Sat in the Main Diner among the styled table and chairs staring straight into the camera. As if he can see me through the lens. His saggy body bumps and rummages through the dining room as if he is looking for something, ‘maybe me’.

I grab my flashlight to my right scared to break eye contact in case I lose him. I tiptoe down the hall with my light shivering with my hand I shine it across the Diner, and I see Baily just glaring into the arcade room.

‘What’s he doing?’

“Hello?!” I scarcely shout.
