CHAPTER SIX

DESTANG AS U.N. SECRETARY GENERAL

The stage was now set for the world to experience a major shift in its movement towards peace. The plan had been put in place in the Inner Realm and over the past sixty or more years its execution had been gradually unfolding. The origin and direction of the plan was completely unknown to all of humanity except DD and the forty-nine volunteers spread across the globe and a few others who because of their point in evolution and access to the Arkashic Records on their own were aware of what was unfolding. But they were not part of the planning and execution.

Normally, there are quite a few of such people always in incarnation on the planet. Their presence is not normally heralded nor is their work dramatic. They attract no attention to themselves; they impact lives and the course of human development through the instrumentality of their chosen fields or willing tools that give them adequate cover.

Because the base human mind and expectation is that any change to the course of human spiritual progress emanating from God or the Planetary Hierarchy must wear the toga of religion, their work is hardly seen as liberating humanity from darkness into light and from mortality to immortality. The bitter pill is that there is more spirituality in secularity than in religion and until this bitter pill is swallowed and digested religion will continue to be a drag in human evolution. The truth is that in view of the fact that there are more charlatans in that field than any other field of human endeavor, the Lords of the Planetary Hierarchy hardly choose the field of religion as a platform for their world service.

The strategy is that by the time spiritual principles are better implanted in human consciousness through other fields and humanity is making steady progress towards immortality, religion as it is today would die a natural death. The signs are getting more noticeable. The Planetary Logos (what humanity refers to as God) and indeed the Earth’s Planetary Hierarchy know that left with religion the earth planetary scheme would never attain its sacred status which is its next initiation. Every step is therefore being taken by the Planetary Hierarchy to undermine the effect of religion. I have interjected this as a way of a general remark.

On the day of his inauguration, Prof Dustang Destang took his oath of office before making his inaugural speech. Because of the importance of that speech and the way he set the tone for the task ahead I need to give excerpts of the speech here.

After observing all protocols and acknowledging those who were physically instrumental to his appointment and inauguration, DD went on to outline the purpose. Aware that he was addressing a gathering of people on the physical side, he had to pick his language to veil the planetary assignment at hand in line with the terminologies of his audience.
