Chapter 12

“Do you think I could ask Daddy to take more control of things on our dates? I kind of want to know how it would feel if he did all the ordering and made all the decisions when I was supposed to be, like, a grown-up. Does that make sense? That sentence sounded off.” When Finn didn’t answer right away, I stuck my head out of the kitchen to see what was going on.

He had a surprised look on his face, so I thought back about what I’d said. “What? You said it wasn’t weird if I called him Daddy. At least, not around you.” We both knew how weird it would be if I slipped up and called him that around someone else, but Finn didn’t care.

Nothing seemed to shock him. Or at least, nothing until now. “What?”

He finally smiled. “I just never thought I’d hear you say something like that. I think it’s a great idea, but I was waiting to see how long it would take you to figure it out. Two weeks isn’t bad, I guess.”

I thought it was pretty good.

In the weeks since our first playdate, so many things had changed. But, I was curious to see how giving him even more control would be. “But do you think Daddy would mind? I mean, I don’t think he would mind, he likes control. But…” My voice trailed off. I wasn’t sure how to explain it.

Finn sat forward on the couch, nodding. “But it changes the dynamics of things. You’d be going from a relationship where you were little part of the time to a relationship where you were not only little part of the time but submissive part of the time as well. So I can understand your concern. But do I think your daddy would mind? No. Watching you two interact, and hearing the things that you’ve done together, I think it would be a good fit.”

So did I. At least, I thought so most of the time.

We’d gone on several more traditional dates, but something always felt like it was missing. I liked talking to him and sharing about my day and about plans for the summer session as I started to get that figured out. But after doing more reading, online and in several weird romance novels that Finn had found for me, I thought more control was what was missing.

Finn always managed to hit on the one thing that made me uncomfortable. Leaning back against the couch, he cocked his head. “You know, if you give him that much control, some of it is going to end up sexual. Are you okay with that?”

That was a very good question. And one I didn’t have the answer to.

“Maybe?” In the two weeks since we’d first started our relationship, he’d jerked me off a few times, but that was about it. Part of the reason was because he knew I wasn’t sure about doing more, but part of it was because he’d quickly realized that waiting for him to give me permission made things even more erotic.
