Mini apple-cinnamon-chocolate clafoutis

Ingredients

3acidic apples

4 eggs

150g brown sugar

70g of flour

Cinnamon

50g crunchy chocolate

20cl of milk

20cl of liquid cream

25g of butter and a hazelnut to butter the moulds.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 225°C (thermostat 7-8).

Whisk the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until frothy.

Add the flour, whisk and then pour in several times the milk, cream, melted butter and cinnamon.

Mix well.

Cut the apples into small pieces and crush the chocolate as well.

Homogenize everything.

Butter the moulds then sieve with flour.

Remove the surplus.

Spread the mixture in each small mould.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and serve warm or cold. To melt the greedy ones!
