Pork Chop Suey

A quick and easy dinner, although it does involve a lot of chopping.

Cooking Time: 9 minutes

Servings: 6

Ingredients: • 1 lb. pork tenderloin

• 3 tbsp. flour

• 2 tbsp. canola oil

• 2 cups bean sprouts

• 1 cup chopped celery

• 1 chopped onion

• 1 sliced red bell pepper

• 1 cup sliced mushrooms

• 1 cup sliced bamboo shoots

• 3 minced garlic cloves

• 1/3 cup chicken broth

• 1/3 cup tamarin sauce

• 1 tbsp. cornstarch

• 1 tablespoon red wine

• 1 tsp. red wine vinegar

Directions:

1. Cut the pork into bite-size pieces.

2. Combine the pork and flour in a plastic bag and coat thoroughly.

3. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a skillet.

4. Brown the pork for 4 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.

5. Heat the other tbsp. oil in the same skillet, Add the bean sprouts, celery, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and garlic cloves.

6. Sauté for 3 minutes.

7. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl.

8. Add the pork and sauce to the skillet. 9. Cook for 2 minutes.
