1 tbsp. garlic, minced

1 sweet onion, sliced

2 zucchinis, sliced

14.5 oz. tomatoes, diced

1 pinch Italian seasoning

1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a skillet. Add sweet onions and cook for 5 minutes until softened.

2. Add zucchinis and cook until crisp for around 10 minutes.

3. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in Italian seasoning and season with salt and pepper.

4. Mix well.

5. Zucchini stir-fry is ready.
