A Dove Self-Esteem survey revealed that seven out of ten girls believe they aren’t good enough or don’t measure up in certain areas, including personal appearance, school performance, and their relationships with friends and family members. This must change. We must know what we are worth to set a good example for our daughters and encourage them to have high levels of self-confidence and self-esteem.
