Sweet Roasted Multi colored Baby Carrots

List of Ingredients:

1500 grams of colored carrots, peeled and cleaned

Black pepper

Salt

Ginger

1 tablespoon honey

Olive oil

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Preparation:

Toss carrots in all ingredients except honey

Place in an oven until roasted – it should be firm but soft

Remove place on a dish and drizzle some honey over it.
