Low carb chicken Parmesan! So easy and it's ready in approximately 30 mins!

PREP TIME ten mins

COOK TIME 25 mins

TOTAL TIME 35 mins

Ingredients

4 thin sliced chicken breasts

2 big eggs, beaten

2 cups finely crushed pork rinds

½ cup powdered Parmesan

1 tsp garlic powder

half tsp onion powder

half cup marinara

one cup grated mozzarella

1 tbsp minced basil either parsley

Instructions

warmth up oven to 350 degrees. Spray a big cookie sheet with non-stick spray.

Add the eggs to a shallow dish.

Add the pork rinds, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder to a second shallow dish and stir to mix.

Dip every chicken breast in the egg and then the pork rinds. Be sure to press the pork rinds in the chicken so that the peel adheres to the meat.

Place the chicken on the prepared baking dish and Prepare in oven for 15-20 mins either till the chicken reaches 160 degrees.

Replace the chicken from the oven and spread the marinara evenly over every piece of chicken.

Sprinkle with the mozzarella.

Return the chicken to the oven for 5 more mins either till the temperature reaches 165 degrees and the cheese has softened.

Sprinkle with minced basil either parsley before serving.
