2 Salmon Fillets, Skinless & 6 Ounces Each

1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes

1 Tablespoon Capers

1/4 Cup Zucchini, Chopped Fine

1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1/8 Teaspoon Sea Salt, Fine

1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

25 Ounces Ripe Olives, Sliced

Directions:

Ready the oven to 425 degrees, and then sprinkle your salt and pepper over your fish on both sides. Place the fish in a single layer on your baking dish after coating your baking dish using cooking spray.
