My cocky boyfriend thinks he has the pool game done and dusted.

Big mistake.

I mosey up to the table across from him and lean over to make sure he can see the hot-pink lace Victoria’s Secret ensemble I’d bought earlier in the day. Suffice to say, he fumbles the pool cue, misses the shot, and groans when I stand up.

Brax scoops me into his arms. “Hell yes, McCarron. You’re gonna look awesome driving a Mini for the next week.”

Once Brax puts me down, Shay stalks me. His eyes narrow and he has a menacing grin on his face. I start to step backwards as he continues to advance on me until my back hits the bar’s back wall, and his body is hard against mine.

“You played me, Cupcake,” he murmurs as he kisses me in that spot just below my ear that makes my whole body shudder. “You’re gonna pay for that.”

“Mmm, but the punishment will be so worth the pleasure.”

“I’m thinking you’re right, but it will take a long, long time to punish you and this hot little body.” He runs his hands down my arms, branding my skin with every brush of his fingers, every squeeze of his hands, and every lick of his tongue as he devours my neck in the middle of this busy Atlanta bar.

I grab his head and pull him away from my body reluctantly. His lust filled eyes meet mine and I know he’s on the same wavelength as me. “I’m thinking you need to get your girlfriend’s Mini Cooper and drive her home before she mounts you right here in the bar and doesn’t give a shit who watches.”

“Fuck!” He mutters under his breath. He looks over his shoulder at Brax who is still being entertained by the same two girls. “Brax, we’re out. I have some punishment to dish out to disloyal girlfriends.”

He turns and winks at me.
