Directions:
Pour eggs and sugar into large bowl. Add baking soda and yogurt. The yogurt activates the baking soda.
Add a couple handfuls of flour to the bowl. Mix and continue adding flour till mixture is thickened.
Use a 2-inch deep large sized baking dish and grease with oil. Pour mixture into it. Bang tray down a few times so the mixture is flat.
Place Ravani in cold oven. Turn oven to 350F. Cook for 40-45 minutes till the Ravani is golden brown.
Turn off oven. Leave cake inside. Leave door of oven open for 15-20 minutes.
Remove Ravani from oven. Slice into squares or diamonds. Place on serving platter. Serve.
