Draven is intoxicating, demanding, and overwhelming. And I’m responding to him like a siren song. The bruised and broken parts of me are crying out for more, as though he’s everything I’ve needed and have been missing all this time.

He leans his head against my knee, breathing hard. His length is thick and heavy in my mouth as I suck him clean. He didn’t order me to do it, but I want to taste every drop of him. It’s like I can steal a part of him and keep it all for myself, knowing some of him is still with me even after I’m taken back to my room.

That’s if I can even walk out of here, because right now all I can do is lay sprawled out on Draven’s desk, unable to sit up. My body is still numb and trembling with the intensity of my orgasm.

His mouth grazes my leg and for a moment, I think he might be ready for round two. My inner walls clench excitedly at the idea that he might finally use more than his mouth and hands on me. But a second later he straightens up and pulls back from me, hissing as I bite down gently on his shaft, scraping him as he slides out of my mouth.

The only reprimand he gives is to give a sharp yank on a handful of my hair. Hard enough to sting, but not enough to really hurt.

He doesn’t look at me as he steps away and tucks himself back into his pants. “You’ve received your reward.”

His tone is not harsh, but it carries the weight of finality, and my heart skips a beat at the thought that he’s dismissing me. I’m not ready to leave. I’ll kneel on the floor again, silently and patiently, if it means I can stay here.

As much as Draven scares me, I crave the absolute control he has over everything and everyone in his sight. Nothing happens in his world without his permission. He seems to know what I’m thinking before I do, and I have no doubt that he wields his ability to read people like a razor-sharp sword, leveraging his formidable instincts against everyone who crosses his path.

For him, there are no surprises lurking on the other side of the park. Nothing unknown waiting in the darkened shadows, ready to lunge for his throat. That level of confidence and surety was ripped away from me years ago, along with my heart and the last vestiges of my childhood innocence.

But here, with him, I have a taste of it again. And I need it.

“Now, it’s time for a little test. Up,” he says simply with a wave of his fingers.

He produces my panties from thin air and lays them on the desk beside me, but doesn’t offer me his hand to help me up. The only assistance he gives is the echo of his words hanging in the air, full of expectation for immediate obedience.

Despite the protest of my legs, I slide off the edge of the desk and stumble to my feet.
