16. Texas Refried Bean Dip

You never thought refried beans would turn out more sumptuous like this.

Serves: 8

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

1 cup sour cream

1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained

1 (16 oz) cans refried beans

1 (1 oz) pack taco seasoning mix

2 cups grated Monterey Jack

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for half each of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.

3. Fill baking dish with mixture and top with reserved cheeses. Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheeses melt and golden brown on top.

4. Remove dish and serve dip with tortilla chips.
