Step Five

Step five it’s time for ink, you will erase all other guidelines. If you are using the white eraser mentioned in chapter one, it should not be too difficult. Now it is time to just follow the pencil with your marker line. If you are using a thinner marker just go over a second time to make a double line if you want. Notice how you are not filling in the larger ellipses of the eyes. When you are all done you have this great looking cat.

Chapter Four - Scruffy Dog

Step One

Shaggy dog is not different from the others as far the importance of placing doggy properly on the paper. The head is rather large so you want to start about a quarter to the left of the center. You then will draw the shapes that make up doggie’s head, front legs, and doggies body. You can see the horizon line placed on the bottom of the picture a ways up from the bottom, so you see you are not using the bottom of the page.
