Directions

Melt butter in a pan and sauté the red onion, garlic, cinnamon sticks and bay leaves till the onion becomes tender.

Stir in the wine and cook till the liquid reduces to half.

Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes or till desired thickness of chutney.

Remove from heat and discard bay leaves and cinnamon sticks.

You can season the chutney according to your liking.
