An hour later, Georgia was lying on my bed, her eyelids fluttering in exhaustion. I looked to my right and caught sight of my clock – eight PM? I’d barely warmed up.

The sight in front of me drew me back, her vibrant red hair in disarray, splayed out and contrasting as a vibrant siren call against my plain white pillows.
