16. Deep Fried Beef Liver
The liver was never a likable dish back in the days and still is not today. It tastes great, and a good way to eat it is to fry livers crisp.
Serves 1
Cook time 30 minutes
Ingredients
2 thinly sliced beef livers
¼ cup soy
1 garlic clove
1 tsp ginger
1 red chili
1 cup cornflour
Oil for frying
Method
Blend the soy, garlic, ginger, chili to a paste
Pour the paste all over the liver and marinate for 5 minutes
Remove, coat with flour, and fry
Serve
