Olive oil (6 fluid ounces),
Garlic cloves (2 ground into a paste)
½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper,
1/8th ounce all purpose flour,
2 teaspoon flour mixed with 1/4th fluid ounce cold water,
½ teaspoon fresh thyme chopped,
Salt according to taste.
