Instructions:
1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray.
2. Place chicken breasts in cooker. Pour undiluted soups on chicken. Add chili powder and pepper. Stir and combine.
3. Cover slow cooker. Cook for six to eight hours on low. Chicken should be cooked through and tender.
4. Serve chicken with sauce on noodles or rice.
