4. Cat-Cow Pose
The Cat-Cow pose, like as the Child's pose, is another easy and effective yoga activity. It assists the shoulders and the musculature that runs through the middle of the spine to relieve exertion. Implementing it on a regular basis will progressively increase flexibility.
To perform the Cat-Cow Pose:
Begin with the knees underneath the thighs and the wrists under the shoulders. Stretch the fingertips and push them with uniform pressure. The backbone will be neutral.
Inhale and let belly sink toward the floor, while holding out the buttocks. Raise the head and neck, stick out the chest and look straight forward. This is the Cow position.
