• Transformation. Usually the last chapter of your book, confirming the character's change to stronger self or new self, and carrying the emotional resonance you want to leave with the audience.
Now, outlining friend, you can concentrate on the Mirror Moment, then proceed to transformation and pre-story. Or you can put your focus on the transformation scene for awhile, and then jump to pre-story and wind up at the mirror. It's up to you.
Just don't start writing until you have the triangle in place. You can always change it if you like. But I think you will be pleasantly surprised at how strong your novel will feel if you know your triangle.
