Barbecue Sandwich

This barbecue uses spaghetti squash as its whole food plant base with astonishingly delicious results!

1 large spaghetti squash

2 tbsp water

1 bottle barbecue sauce

1 package buns

Slice spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and place in a shallow microwave-safe dish.

Remove seeds from squash.

Pour 1 tbsp water into each half of squash.

Microwave for 10 minutes or until flesh can be pierced easily with a fork.

Shred flesh into long noodle-like strands.

Pour barbecue sauce over squash noodles.

Mix to coat thoroughly.

Top buns with mixture.

Serve.
