Fresh Figs with Herby Brazil Nut Cheese

I like to think of this recipe as a fun play on figs with goat cheese; instead of using cheese we are using savory Herby Brazil Nut Cheese. The sweetness of the figs pairs perfectly with the savory cheese and the punch of freshly ground black pepper that finishes off this dish, making it an event-friendly appetizer or a snack worth savoring.

4 fresh figs, halved

1/4 cup Herby Brazil Nut Cheese

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1. Place 1/2 tablespoon nut cheese on each fig half. Garnish with pepper and serve.
