Makes Four 5 Weight Watchers Points Plus Servings

Weight Watcher Diva Authentic Italian Lasagna

2 Cups Fat Free Ricotta Cheese

1 Egg

8 Ounces Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated

1/4 Cup Fresh Basil

3 Cups Authentic Italian Meat Sauce

12 Lasagna Noodles

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and basil; mix well. Spread 1 1/2 cups of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange 6 noodles over the meat sauce, spread with one half of the ricotta cheese mixture and repeat. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes covered and 25 minutes uncovered.
