Chocolate Fudge

Fudge is often used as a filling in chocolates but it can also be enjoyed on its own or even with ice-cream. This recipe is exceedingly simple. You can just make these are store these in your fridge to last you all week long. Children especially love chocolate fudge.

Proteins: 7.1 g

Fats: 6.9 g

Carbohydrates: 0.5 g

Ingredients

1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1/2 Cup Coconut Butter

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

A Pinch of Salt

Procedure

1. Melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler.

2. Add in the coconut butter and stir until melted and the mixture is homogenous.

3. Add in vanilla extract and salt. Stir again.

4. Line a square pan with plastic cling film.

5. Pour the mixture into the pan and allow to cool a little before transferring to a freezer.

6. Cut into small squares.

7. Enjoy!
