Yogurt, plain (3 ½ fluid ounces)

Crème fraiche (3 ½ fluid ounces)

Dijon mustard (2 teaspoons)

Sugar (a pinch)

Salt (1/4 teaspoon)

Black pepper, freshly ground (1/4 teaspoon)

Salad:

Salad potatoes, diced (2 pieces)

Black pudding (5 ½ ounces)

Olive oil, extra virgin (3 tablespoons) – for drizzling

Bacon, thick cut, diced (3 ½ ounces)

Mixed leaves (2 handfuls)
