Citrus salmon

Servings: 2-4 persons

Ingredients

2 tablespoon butter, softened

1 teaspoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon lemon zest

Black pepper & salt to taste

2 teaspoon fresh chopped dill

½ teaspoon salt

1 lemon, thinly sliced

4 (8 ounce) salmon fillets, skin on

Directions

When you are ready for cooking, set the Traeger temperature to approximately 350F, add the wood pallets and let it preheat, make sure to close the lid for approximately 15 minutes. For maximum flavor, use may like to use the Super Smoke option if available.

In the meantime, mix softened butter along with lemon zest, dill, lemon juice, pepper& salt.

Generously apply lemon dill butter on top of salmon fillets and top it with a thin slice of fresh lemon.

Now, place the fillets on hot grill, with skin-side facing downwards. Cook it for approximately 15-20 minutes or till the salmon is cooked as per your liking.

Garnish it with freshly chopped dill and serve.
