Take a rack from your Masterbuilt electric smoker and place on a counter that is lined with clean paper towels
Add in the hickory wood chips to the tray of your smoker; then fill the water bowl half the way
Open the top of the vent and preheat your electric smoker to a temperature of about 250° F
Place the chicken wings in the smoker and smoke it for about 2 hours
And while the wings are smoking; when you prepare the dipping sauce; combine the yogurt with the chives, the yogurt, the cheese, the salt and the pepper
