2. What are ways you have tried to connect to people who have a difference?

3. What have your interactions with marginalized people been like? Do you see them in a variety of situations, or only as service workers, students, or some other disadvantaged group?

4. Did you see yourself committing some of the microaggressions described?

5. If you have feelings of guilt or shame around a particular incident, do you feel a need to make it right or apologize? Do you think they need to hear an apology from you, or is it just to make you feel better?

6. Has someone ever called you out on a microaggression? What was your response? What would you do differently?

7. Can you think of opportunities in your life to speak up about bias and microaggressions?

8. What are some aspects of your identity where you have experienced bias or microaggressions?

9. Do you see yourself as part of the majority group in this community? Are there ways that you have felt like a Token?

10. How will you talk to your friends and family about your learnings?
