Ingredients

6 ears corn, husked and cleaned

2 tbsps vegetable oil

1 large onion, thinly sliced

1 C. green bell pepper, chopped

1 large fresh tomato, chopped

1/4 C. milk

salt to taste

cayenne pepper

1/4 C. chopped green onions

8 strips crisply cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions

Get a bowl.

With a sharp knife, safely slice the kernels of corn off of the cob. Add the milk to the bowl and stir everything.

Begin to stir fry your green pepper and onions, in oil, for 7 mins, then add in the tomatoes and corn.

Set the heat to low and let the mix cook for 25 mins.

Stir the mix every 5 mins but avoid boiling it.

Then add in the cayenne and salt.

Stir the spices in evenly then set the heat lower, place a lid on the pan, and continue cooking everything for 7 more mins.

Now add your bacon and the green onions.

Enjoy.
